Common questions

• Is HumxnMed a diagnosis? No. HumxnMed gives you information to help you understand and prepare for your care. It is not a diagnosis and not a medical device, and it never replaces your doctor.
• Is my health data private? Yes. Your records stay on your device. We never sell your data or use it for ads. When you use the AI, only what you send is processed to answer you. See our data policy.
• How do I use it in another language? Just type or speak in your language — HumxnMed answers in the same language, and can read answers aloud.
• How do I manage or delete my data? Open the app menu → "Manage my data" to export or erase what's stored on your device, or delete your account.
• Billing & subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play). Manage or cancel from your device's subscription settings; refunds are handled by the store.

In an emergency

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (in the U.S., 911) right away. In the U.S., you can reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. HumxnMed is not for emergencies.
