Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HumxnMed AI (the "Service"), operated by Millennials Creatives LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HumxnMed AI is not a medical provider. It provides general health information for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician. It does not handle emergencies — call your local emergency number (911 in the US) if you may be experiencing one.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. What the Service is — and is not

HumxnMed helps people understand health topics, medications, records, and visits in plain language, and helps organize personal and family health information. It does not provide medical advice, practice medicine, or create a clinician-patient relationship. Any clinician-facing tools support a licensed clinician's own judgment and do not direct clinical decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

Use the Service lawfully and not for any harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
Do not rely on the Service for emergencies or as a substitute for professional care.
Provide accurate information, and keep any credentials or device access secure.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service or its AI features.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid plans (e.g., Plus, Pro, Clinical) are offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices are shown at purchase.
In-app purchases made on Apple devices are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms; manage or cancel them in your App Store account.
Web purchases are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues through the paid period.
Except where required by law or an applicable app-store policy, payments are non-refundable. "Founding Lifetime" purchases grant access for the lifetime of the active product offering.

5. Free features & changes

Some features are free and some require a paid plan; we may change features, limits, or pricing over time. We will not reduce access you have already paid for during a paid period.

6. Your data & privacy

Much of your health information stays on your device by design. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep.

7. Partners & resellers

Approved partners and resellers may promote or offer the Service under a separate agreement. Partners must represent the Service truthfully, must not make medical claims or promise outcomes, and may not imply diagnosis or treatment. We may suspend any partner who violates these Terms or applicable law. Referral attribution and any commissions are governed by your partner agreement, not these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and brand, is owned by Millennials Creatives LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You retain rights to the content you input; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

9. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties to function, including AI processing by Anthropic, payments by Apple and Stripe, and hosting infrastructure. Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any information it provides is complete, accurate, or error-free, or that it will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millennials Creatives LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millennials Creatives LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
