📱 It stays on your phone

Your check-ins and records are saved only in your phone's local storage. They aren't uploaded when you open the app.

✨ AI sees data only when you tap

Nothing goes to the AI until you choose a feature. Then only the text for that one task is sent, to generate your answer.

🗄️ We store nothing by default

The AI features are stateless — they answer and forget. Your health content is not written to our database.

🧠 Never used to train AI

Your data is not used to train models, and never sold or used for advertising. Full stop.

What the AI will never do

Never diagnose you or decide your treatment.
Never replace your doctor's judgment — it gives information, not medical advice.
Never train AI models on your data.
Never sell your data or use it for ads.

You're in control

The app's core works with AI turned completely off — and with AI off, nothing from your device is sent anywhere.
Your information is sent only to answer a question you asked, and only to Anthropic (Claude).
You can delete everything on your device, any time, in one tap.

What we send when you ask a question

To give you an answer that fits you rather than a generic article, we send your question together with the health information you have saved in My Health:

What you type, say, or photograph
Your medication list, so the answer can warn you about your own drugs
Your allergies and known conditions from your Medical ID
Your recent check-ins, symptom log, vitals and labs, so patterns in your own data count

It goes to one place — Anthropic (Claude) — to generate your answer, and is not kept on our servers afterwards.

What we never send: your name, your emergency contacts, your medical-account logins, your "For My Family" record, and your care circle or family profiles. Those stay encrypted on your device.

We publish our data policy as machine-readable, live facts.

Where we are — honestly

The architecture above is real and live today: local-first, single-vendor for text AI (Anthropic), and no server-side storage of health content by default. That already removes most of the data-exposure surface teams worry about.

The formal assurances a hospital needs are a separate, in-progress track: signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with each AI vendor, zero-data-retention configuration, a HIPAA compliance program, and a SOC 2 audit. We'd rather tell you exactly where that stands than overstate it. Reach out and we'll share our current data-flow documentation and roadmap.
