If you were given a founder code, open /redeem, type the code, and you’ll see “Clinical is activated.” No account needed — it works on any device you enter it on.
Four tabs across the top: 🔎 Look up (rapid sourced reference), 📝 Document (turn rough notes into a clean draft), 💬 Explain (put the plan in plain language for the patient), and ⚖️ Weigh (considerations to weigh — you decide).
Type in the box, or tap 🎤 Dictate and speak — take your time, pauses are fine, it won’t cut you off. Tap the mic again to stop, review the text, then tap the tool’s button (e.g. Draft note). It never sends anything on its own.
Turn on 🔊 Read aloud to hear the result — useful when you’re scrubbed in or driving between rooms. 🕘 Recent re-opens results from this session (nothing is stored).
Create a free account with your email + a 6-digit code so your plan follows you across devices. You never need it to use the console — it just remembers you.
